Returns

Please choose carefully when placing your order. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of hosiery, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or if items have been worn.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you’ve received the wrong item and meet the conditions below, you may be eligible for a return for store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once received, all returns will be assessed by our team. Approved returns will be issued as store credit to the value of the item.

Please note, we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions. If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

Exchanges & Faulty Items

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thetightstribe.com, including your order number and a photo of the item.

We review each case individually and will always aim to provide a fair and considered solution.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes future purchases quicker and allows you to keep track of your orders.

Was my order placed successfully?

If your order has been placed successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s still not there, get in touch with us at info@thetightstribe.com and we’ll help you sort it out. It’s possible there was an issue with the order or the email entered at checkout.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes to items or quantities. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thetightstribe.com — if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new one.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us straight away at info@thetightstribe.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will need to follow our returns process once received. If a parcel is not collected and returned to us, a return shipping fee may be deducted to cover handling and postage costs.

We accept the below payment methods on our Australian site:

  • Pay Later: PayPal Pay In 4, Afterpay and ZipPay
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and ShopPay 
Shipping & delivery

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a second email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. For the most accurate estimate, we recommend using the Australia Post shipping calculator.

Australia

  • Parcel Post: 3–5 business days
  • Express Post: 2–3 business days

International (New Zealand & USA)

  • Economy Air: 25+ business days
  • Standard: 10–15 business days
  • Express: 7–10 business days
Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over AUD $100. Orders under AUD $100 pay a standard shipping fee of AUD $9.95 Express shipping within Australia is $17 Orders to New Zealand incur a flat AUD $20 shipping fee.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification
with your tracking number to the email address provided to us at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at info@thetightstribe.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

How should I care for my tights?

Tights are delicate by nature, so a little extra care goes a long way — especially with sheer styles.

When putting them on, we recommend gently gathering the fabric and rolling them up your leg one section at a time, rather than pulling them straight up. This helps protect the fibres and maintain their shape.

It’s also best to be mindful of anything that could catch or damage the fabric, such as jewellery, nails, footwear, or rough surfaces.

If you’re unsure on sizing, you’ll find a size guide on each product page to help you find your best fit.

If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, flexible fit.
